Abstract
Based on the relevant requirements for the construction of maritime radio monitoring system and signal monitoring in Article 23 of the new Maritime Traffic Safety Law and the existing conditions of maritime radio electromagnetic environment,this paper probes into the causes for the maritime radio interference and analyzes the development trend of maritime safety communication as well as the technical problems faced by the current maritime radio monitoring from the perspective of the competent authority.By drawing on the land radio supervision mode and in view of the advantages of aviation security resources,it puts forward suggestions on maritime radio monitoring from the three aspects of identifying blind spots and weak areas in maritime communication,providing professional equipment,and exploring maritime monitoring modes,with a view to comprehensively improving the level and efficiency of maritime electromagnetic environment supervision,and filling the gap in the"last mile"of navigation service.关键词
