褪黑素在缺血再灌注损伤治疗中作用的研究进展
Research progress on the role of melatonin in the treatment of isch-emia-reperfusion injury
摘要
Abstract
Ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)is a com-plex hemodynamic process that can cause tissue damage through oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,and inflammatory reactions.It is an important factor leading to poor prognosis in pa-tients,and the exploration of effective prevention and treatment measures is of significant clinical sig-nificance.As an endogenous hormone with strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties,Mel-atonin plays an important role in reducing cell death and improving tissue I/R injury.Therefore,this article reviews the relationship between Mela-tonin and organ I/R injury in order to provide a the-oretical basis for the clinical application of melato-nin to alleviate organ I/R injury.关键词
