上颌尖牙转矩对微笑美观影响的研究
Study on the Influence of Maxillary Canine Torque on Smile Aesthetics

Abstract
Objective The study was to explore the differences in the perception of smile aesthetics of maxillary canine torque among people from different professional backgrounds.Methods An adult female perioral smile photograph,fitted with a 3D digital model and image processing software,with the canine torques adjusted to-18°,-13°,-8°,-3°,2°,7°,12°.Photographs of different canine torques were randomly assigned and 120 dental professionals and 120 laypersons were instructed to rate the aesthetics of the photograph using visual analogue measures.The results were statistically analysed using ANOVA and independent samples t-test.Results ①The influence of canine torque on smile appearance was statistically different(P＜0.05).②The professional group scored higher on the beauty of smile than the non-professional group,and the non-professional group believed that the beauty degree was the highest when the torque was 12°(61.96±18.67),and the beauty degree was the lowest when the torque was-18°(52.49±21.04),with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).③Gender has no statistical difference in aesthetic impact(P＜0.05).Conclusion The canine torque has influence on the smile esthetics,professional groups have a higher acceptance of aesthetics,gender will not affect smile perception.关键词
