Abstract
Objective To investigate the aesthetic effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF)gel combined with intense pulsed light(IPL)in the treatment of facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis(FCAD)and the influence on skin barrier function.Methods Patients with FCAD who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with IPL,once every 4 weeks,for 4 times.On this basis,the observation group was treated with rb-bFGF gel.Clinical effects and changes in symptom scores and skin barrier function indicators after treatment were compared between groups.Recurrence and safety were evaluated.Results After treatment,symptom scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment.And the total scores for subjective symptoms,objective symptoms and lesion area in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%)(P＜0.05).After treatment,transepidermal water loss(TEWL)in the observation group was less than that in the control group.Water content in the stratum corneum and epidermal oil content were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between groups in terms of the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate within 3 months after treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion rb-bFGF gel combined with IPL is effective in the treatment of FCAD,which can significantly improve facial erythema,reduce skin lesions and restore skin barrier function,without obvious adverse reactions.关键词
