微针导入域发生发液治疗女性型脱发疗效观察
Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Microneedling Yufa Solution on Female Pattern Hair Loss

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of microneedling Yufa solution on female pattern hair loss(FPHL).Methods 86 female patients with alopecia admitted to the author's hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was treated with 5%minoxidil liniment,and the observation group was treated with microneedling Yufa solution.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,new hair and alopecia scores,dermoscopic signs,adverse reactions and quality of life[Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)]and adverse emotions[Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)].Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the scores of new hair and alopecia of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the incidence of dermatological signs of the two groups was reduced,the average hair shaft number of hair follicles was increased,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group(P＞0.05).After treatment,DLQI score was significantly increased and HAMD score was significantly decreased in both groups,and DLQI score was higher and HAMD score was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Microneedling Yufa solution has a good clinical effect on the treatment of female type alopecia.It can promote the growth of new hair,inhibit alopecia,improve of dermoscopic signs and has good safety.It can also improve the quality of life of patients and relieve adverse emotions.关键词
