Abstract
Objective To explore the cosmetic effect of Intense pulsed light combined with Q-switched laser in the treatment of freckles and its influences on skin barrier function.Methods A total of 120 patients with freckles undergoing laser treatment in the hospital were enrolled between April 2019 and September 2021.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was only given Q-switched laser treatment,while observation group was given Intense pulsed light combined with Q-switched laser treatment.The clinical curative effect,VISIA skin image analyzer indexes,skin gloss and elasticity,skin barrier function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical curative effect in observation group was better than that in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,scores of pigment spots,wrinkles,texture,pores and porphyrin deposition in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05),and improvement of skin gloss and elasticity was better than that in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,transepidermal skin water loss in observation group was less than that in control group,and water content in stratum corneum was more than that the control group(P＜0.05).The difference in incidence of scars,papules and blisters between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The incidence of pigmentation in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Intense pulsed light laser combined with Q-switched laser is better than that of Q-switched laser alone on facial freckles.Compared with the latter,the former has better improvement effect on facial stains,skin gloss and elasticity,which can reduce pigmentation risk and enhance skin barrier function.关键词
