Abstract
Objective To compare the aesthetic effect of noble metal post or glass fiber post combined with zirconia all-ceramic crown on the repair of anterior teeth defects.Methods 90 patients with anterior teeth defects admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group(noble metal post,45 cases,55 affected teeth)and study group(glass fiber post,45 cases,57 affected teeth)according to the random number table method.Repair success rate,aesthetic degree,periodontal depth,alkaline phosphatase and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Success rate of repair in study group was slightly lower than that in control group(P＞0.05).After 1 year of repair,marginal adaptation,marginal coloring,color matching and patient satisfaction in study group were higher(P＜0.05)while periodontal pocket depth,alkaline phosphatase,interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of anterior teeth defect repair was higher in study group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The success rate of noble metal post in repairing anterior teeth defects is slightly higher than that of glass fiber post,but the repair of glass fiber post is more beautiful and has less impact on periodontal tissue.关键词
