Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of simultaneous guided bone regeneration(GBR)with dental implants on bone remodeling and periodontal status in patients with periodontitis.Methods From June 2019 to June 2021,64 periodontitis with tooth defect were selected as the research objects.According to the periodontal bone mass,the patients were divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with simple dental implant surgery,while the patients in the observation group were treated with dental implant and GBR at the same time.One year after the treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of implant loosening rate,implant mobility,gum attachment status,plaque index(PLI),probe depth(PD)and gingival index(GI).The buccolingual bone resorption and mesiodistal bone resorption were compared between the two groups at 3 months and 1 year after operation,and the levels of inflammatory factors such as interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in implant abscission rate,retention rate,mobility and gingival attachment width(P>0.05).The PLI,PD and GI of the two groups decreased significantly,and the PD of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PLI and GI between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months and 1 year after operation,the buccal lingual bone absorption and proximal distal bone absorption in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,CRP and other inflammatory factors in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of GBR on periodontitis patients with tooth defect is significant,which can improve the marginal bone resorption of implant in a short time,maintain the stability of periodontal status and reduce the inflammatory reaction of periodontal tissue.关键词
