Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of multicultural nursing in operating room based on mind mapping on perioperative treatment of children with scald.Methods A total of 107 children with scald admitted to the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery of author's hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were included as research objects,and were divided into control group(n=53)and observation group(n=54)by random number table method.The control group received conventional operating room nursing,and the observation group received multicultural nursing in operating room based on mind mapping.After treatment,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative recovery time,postoperative chills,blisters,ulcer occurrence,wound healing rate 10 days after surgery,anxiety and depression,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of children in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the postoperative recovery time was shorter than that in the control group,the wound healing rate was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications(shivering,blisters,ulcers)was lower than that in the control group,the anxiety and depression scores were lower than those in the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multicultural nursing in the operating room based on mind mapping can improve the perioperative therapeutic effect,improve anxiety and depression,and improve nursing satisfaction of children with scald.关键词
