Abstract
Objective To explore effect of gradual rehabilitation nursing model based on"Internet +"on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing prosthetic breast augmentation.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent breast augmentation in the author's hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.After discharge,patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received step-by-step rehabilitation nursing based on"Internet +".Comparing the two groups after intervention breast function,quality of life,satisfaction with care and complications.Results The breast function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications and adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Internet-based progressive rehabilitation nursing model can effectively promote postoperative breast function recovery,reduce complication rate,improve quality of life and patient satisfaction for patients undergoing breast augmentation with prosthesis,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
