Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of silver ion gel combined with rehabilitation nursing on wound healing of patients with deep hand burn.Methods A total of 104 patients with deep hand burn who underwent early scab cutting and skin grafting in the author's hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and study group with 52 cases,respectively,according to random number table method.The control group was given routine anti-infection dressing combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group was given silver ion gel external application combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention.Scar[vancouver scar scale(VSS)],hand function[michigan scale of hand function(MHQ)],pain[visual analogue scale of pain(VAS)],wound healing rate,wound healing time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the VSS and VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the MHQ scores were higher than those of the control group,the wound healing rate was higher,the healing time was shorter than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of silver ion gel and rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with deep hand burn after surgery can effectively improve the wound healing effect,accelerate the functional recovery of the hands,reduce the formation of wound scars and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
