Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ADOPT(Attitude,Definition,Open mind,Planning,Try it out)problem solving model-based individualized nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing flap transplantation and restoration for hand soft tissue defects n.Methods 62 patients who underwent hand soft tissue defect flap transplantation and restoration in the author's hospital from August 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=31)and the control group(n=31)according to the perioperative nursing intervention method.The patients in the observation group were given ADOPT problem solving model-based individualized nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing,while the patients in the control group were only given conventional nursing intervention.The recovery of hand function,length of hospital stay,changes in psychological status,complications and satisfaction with inpatient nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of michigan hand outcomes questionnaire(MHQ)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of nursing service was higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Observation group in hospital was shorter than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing based on ADOPT problem solving model can effectively promote the recovery of hand function,improve adverse psychological emotions,shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the satisfaction of inpatient services in the perioperative period of patients undergoing hand soft tissue defect flap transplantation and restoration.It is worthy of being widely popularized in the clinical application.关键词
