Abstract

The Gaoling area which is located in the Yifeng-Fengxin Nb-Ta-Li rare metal ore field in the Jiuling W-Mo-Sn-Cu-Au polymetallic fluorite-kaolinite metallogenic subzone of the Jiuling W-Mo-Sn-Cu-Au polymetallic fluo-rite-kaolinite metallogenic subzone of the eastern Jiangnan metallogenic belt has a promising metallogenic geological conditions.The mineralization of this area mainly are rare metal mineralization such as Ta,Nb,Li,Rb and Cs.The early Cretaceous Baishuidong rock mass is the parent rock of lithium-bearing ceramic clay ore,and the medi-um-fine grained muscovite granite is the lithium-bearing ceramic clay ore body.The results of 1∶10 000 soil geo-chemical survey show that Li is the main ore-forming element,with obvious concentration trend and certain metallo-genic potential.A total of 5 comprehensive anomalies are delineated.Through anomaly verification and prospecting engineering exposure,it is considered that the deep and comprehensive anomaly concentration centers in the Gao-ling survey area have good prospecting potential for lithium-bearing ceramic clay ore,which provides a scientific ba-sis for the future geological prospecting in the area and the deployment of geological exploration work in adjacent area.
