摘要

Abstract

Ammonium molybdate,as an intermediate product in the processing of molybdenum concentrate,plays a vital role in the entire molybdenum industry chain.The residual chemicals in molybdenum concentrate affect its roasting oxidation and the leaching rate of ammonium molybdate in subsequent production,and the conventional pretreatment methods(stirring,ultrasonic,roasting)have no obvious effect.In this study,microwave pretreatment was applied to dedrug molybdenum concentrate,and compared the calcination oxidation of molybdenum concentrate and the leaching rate of ammonium molybdate after conventional method and microwave pretreatment.The relevant mechanism was studied by means of ultraviolet spectrophotometry,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),contact Angle test,TOC total carbon and organic carbon content detection,thermogravimetric differential heat(TG-DSC)and infrared thermal imaging analysis.The results show that the contact angle of molybdenum concentrate decreases and cracks appear on the surface after microwave pretreatment;at the same time,the activation energy of oxidation reaction is reduced and the reaction time is shortened;moreover,the microwave pretreatment directly heated the in-side of molybdenum concentrate to reduce the local oxidation,and the oxidation ability was increased by 1.06%.The leaching rate of ammonium molybdate was increased by 4.71%.The related research provides technical sup-port for improving the leaching rate of ammonium molybdate in industrial production.
