摘要

Abstract

Molybdenum infiltrated copper material was prepared by infiltration.Non destructive testing was conduted in molybdenum infiltrated copper materials using ultrasonic testing.The microstructure of molybdenum infiltrated copper material was observed by SEM and metallographic analysis.The influence of particle size uniformity on the microstructure of molybdenum infiltrated copper was analyzed.The results showed that the size uniformity of powder particle had an effect on the copperizing performance of molybdenum skeleton.When there are many fine particles in the powder or there is powder agglomeration phenomenon,local small pores in the molybdenum skeleton aggre-gate,making it difficult for copper to penetrate these aggregated small pores,resulting in poor uniformity of copper penetration in ultrasonic testing;the area type uneven copper infiltration discovered by ultrasonic testing is actually"dense micro pore aggregation".
