Research progress on role of CD4+T cell polarization in inflammatory diseases
摘要
Abstract
CD4+T cells have strong plasticity and can be polarized intovarious effector cells such as Th1,Th2,Th17 and Treg cells.Then they participate in the regulation of various inflammatory diseases.Its polarization can not only promote development of disease,but also inhibit progression of disease.Direction of polarization may also be different in different diseases or in different stages of the same disease.Therefore,this review aims to summarize and explore the regulatory role of CD4+T cell polarization in different inflam-matory diseases and its significance for disease prevention and treatment.关键词
