云烟87与硃砂2号烟叶化学成分差异分析
Analysis of Chemical Composition Difference between Yunyan 87 and Zhusha 2

Abstract
The cherry-red tobacco is known for its excellent quality and has a good development prospect in tobacco industry.It is of great significance to understand the mechanism behind its unique fla-vor formation.In order to explore the differences between Zhusha 2 and Yunyan 87 tobacco leaves,a comparative analysis was conducted on their conventional chemical components,alkaloids,and aroma compounds in smoke.The results revealed that,compared to Yunyan 87,Zhusha 2 tobacco leaves showed significant decreases in content of reducing sugars,total plant alkaloids,and chlorine content;while total nitrogen and potassium content were significantly higher in Zhusha 2.Nicotine content in Zhusha 2 was significantly reduced with increased levels of nornicotine and myosmine;however,there were relatively small differences in the contents of anatabine,anabine,cotinine.Certain types of aroma compounds exhibited significant upregulation or downregulation in Zhusha 2 tobacco leaves.The formation of its unique flavor was mainly related to the changes of a small number of ketones,aldehydes,acids and esters.This research will provide valuable insights into understanding the differences between cherry-red tobacco leaves and ordinary ones as well as elucidating the underlying mechanisms of the special flavor profile of cherry-red tobacco.关键词
