Abstract
The reform of rural homestead system is an important part of promoting the rural revitalization strategy,which is of great significance to realizing the sustainable development of rural social economy.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China said that we should deepen the reform of the rural land system and give farmers more adequate property rights and interests.The No.1 central document in 2023 also made arrangements for the prudent promotion of the pilot reform of rural homestead system.As one of the pilot areas in the country for the reform of rural homestead system,Changping district of Beijing focuses on the work goal of ensuring housing,managing disorderly construction and revitalizing idle use,actively explores the establishment of a management mechanism on standardizing circulation and revitalizing utilization,and promotes the right confirmation and registration pilot,and the handling of problems left over from history,so as to promote the reform tasks of separating the ownership,contractual,and management rights in a steady and orderly manner.This research aimed to explore the background,main practices,progress,existed problems and work prospect of the pilot reform of rural homestead system in Changping district,in order to provide useful reference for the reform of homestead system in other areas.关键词
