社会交往对进城农民工创业行为的影响分析
Influence of Social Interaction on the Entrepreneurial Behavior of Migrant Workers Moving to Cities
摘要
Abstract
Encouraging urban migrant workers to start their own businesses is an important measure to stabilize the employment situation and promote new types of urbanization,and is also a top priority for current employment work.Using a Probit regression model and based on data from the 2017 China Mobility Dynamic Monitoring Survey(CMDS),the impact of social interaction on entrepreneurship among migrant workers moving to cities was empirically examined.It was found that exogenous social interactions not only broadened the social networks of migrant workers moving into cities and promoted their social resource accumulation,but also provided credit guarantees for migrant workers with low income and lack of collateral to obtain loans from financial institutions,thus effectively promoting migrant workers'entrepreneurship;factors that significantly affect the entrepreneurship of migrant workers moving to cities include age,education level,parents'experience in working outside the home,purchasing their own houses and family difficulties.Therefore,in order to accelerate the promotion of entrepreneurship among migrant workers in cities,it is important to focus on the social integration of migrant workers in cities and create an environment conducive to social interaction and social participation of migrant workers in cities,so as to facilitate the establishment of a new social network to promote entrepreneurship in the inflow areas of migrant workers in cities and effectively enhance the enthusiasm of migrant workers in cities for entrepreneurship.关键词
