Connotation Characteristics,Model Deconstruction and Key Path of the Development of the Whole Industrial Chain of Characteristic Industries in Poverty Alleviation Areas

Abstract
Promoting the development of the whole industrial chain of characteristic industries is an important starting point for poverty alleviation areas to guard the bottom line,grasp development and promote revitalization,and clarifying its connotation characteristics,model deconstruction and key path is the key to effectively formulating the characteristic industrial policy system in the future.By sorting out the three connotation characteristics of the development of the whole industrial chain of characteristic industries in poverty alleviation areas,namely joint agricultural benefit,chain fragility and path fixation,this paper summarized and condensed the typical models of the development of the whole industrial chain in poverty alleviation areas of local government promotion,internal natural evolution,main human driving and external support implantation,and then put forward the path of promoting the development of the whole industrial chain in poverty alleviation areas and other policy recommendations,from doing well the county development plan of the whole industrial chain,promoting the multi-dimensional linkage development of the whole industrial chain,optimizing the interest linkage mechanism of the whole industry chain and improving the comprehensive supporting services of the whole industry chain.At the same time,in the process of the development of the whole industrial chain of characteristic industries in poverty alleviation areas,there may be three major trends:the evolution of rural enrichment industries,highlighting the role of county status,and transforming from local to global.关键词
