After 30 years of development,China has established a comprehensive and systematic civil servant assessment system,and has made significant achievements in the implementation of the system.The assessment of civil servants continues to be promoted at a high level.The setting of assessment subjects and division of responsibilities become increasingly clear.The content of the system closely responds to practical needs.The relief path for assessment related rights is constantly clarified.Facing the future,the development of the civil servant assessment system will be guided by the"people-oriented"assessment concept,be implemented by professional and diverse assessment subjects,and highlight the focus on political quality assessment with the help of technical means,to better exert the effectiveness of the system.关键词
