Abstract
Zhongguancun is the first national-level talent management reform pilot zone in China.At present,the international talent structure of Zhongguancun is being constantly optimized,and the gathering of overseas talents is being accelerated.The number of top talents in the world continues to increase,and the gathering of high-end entrepreneurship and innovation talents is being accelerated.All along,Zhongguancun has actively carried out policy trials and implemented"three direct trains and two 20 measures"to accelerate the attraction of international talents to Zhongguancun for entrepreneurship and development.By creating an ecosystem for talent development,implementing classified policies to introduce and cultivate talents,linking global innovative resources,and focusing on practical international talent work,the core competitive advantage of international talent work in Zhongguancun are continuously enhanced.In the future,for the international talent work in Zhongguancun,it is necessary to optimize the top-level design of reform and development,coordinate talent development with technological innovation and industrial development,promote talent policy innovation,follow the growth laws of talents,and make positive contributions to the construction of the high-level talent highland.关键词
