Abstract
In the complex and ever-changing international scientific and technological competition environment,the talent team construction of international scientific and technological organizations is an important lever for China to expand international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation,participate in global scientific and technological governance,and enhance international scientific and technological competitiveness.Focusing on non-governmental international scientific and technological organizations,on the whole,the important role of Chinese scientists in international scientific and technological organizations is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:enhancing national scientific and technological capabilities,integrating into the global scientific and technological innovation ecological network,and expanding social influence.The important role played by Chinese scientists in international scientific and technological organizations is mainly based on their individual abilities such as academic and management abilities,is supported by domestic group organizations and research forces,and is achieved in a policy environment conducive to international scientific and technological cooperation.To further enhance the role played by Chinese scientists in international organizations,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of their international organizational work abilities,improve the information pushing and personnel selection work for international organization positions,increase support for the work of scientists serving in international organizations,and create an innovative ecosystem conducive to international scientific and technological exchanges.关键词
