Abstract
In recent years,state-owned enterprises have taken the strategy of building a strong country with talents in the new era as the guide,aimed at the goal of high-level technology self-reliance and self-improvement,solidly carried out the construction of postdoctoral talent teams,and established a systematic and standardized postdoctoral talent work model.Entering a new journey,the international situation is severe and complex,and the technological competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Further exerting the main role of enterprises where workstations are established and fully gathering the innovative power of postdoctoral talents are important issues faced by many state-owned enterprise talent work.Taking S Group as an example,as a postdoctoral research workstation established earlier based on national-level research and development platforms and company-level key laboratories,it supports postdoctoral fellows to publish a large number of high-level papers and form invention patents during the period of working at the workstation,attracts postdoctoral fellows to work in enterprises after leaving the workstation,achieves significant results.However,it also faces many problems in management requirements,project support,and introduction of high-end talents in emerging fields.To further enhance the postdoctoral management of state-owned enterprises,it is necessary to improve and enhance the top-level design,research support,and incentive guarantee.关键词
