Abstract
Driven by innovation in human resource management,state-owned enterprises enhance their core competitiveness and enhance their core functions,shape new driving forces and advantages,and achieve high-quality development.This is of great significance for promoting"Constructed by China"to become a world power in intelligent construction.Taking the construction industry as an example,enterprises need to comply with the new development requirements of the industry,and innovate and explore in human resource planning,recruitment and allocation,training and development,performance management,salary and welfare management,and labor relationship management according to the laws of talent development and market-oriented talent allocation,and need to cultivate industrial,digital,intelligent,and green professional technical management talents and skilled industry talents.However,in practice,state-owned construction enterprises currently face problems such as low efficiency in human resource management,low quality of professional talent teams,and unscientific understanding and execution of performance evaluation.To further improve the human resource management of state-owned construction enterprises,it is necessary to attach importance to human resource management,strengthen the application of digital technology,attach importance to the improvement of the quality of human resource management personnel,achieve promotion through examinations,comprehensively promote term contract management,promote management quality improvement,implement a total employment management model,deepen the market-oriented employment system,improve performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms,play a positive incentive role,advocate for humanistic care,enhance employees'sense of identification and belonging to the enterprise,and provide a necessary talent guarantee for continuously enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprises.关键词
