Diagnosis and treatment of obstetric sepsis
摘要
Abstract
The recognition and diagnosis of maternal sepsis remains a challenge for obstetricians.Imple-mentation of early assessment,initiation of antibiotics within the first hour after diagnosis,correction of hy-poperfusion,further assessment of end-organ damage,searching for the cause and active control of the source of infection can reduce morbidity and mortality.If a patient is in septic shock or does not respond to initial treatment,the need to quickly initiate multidisciplinary collaborative teams to optimize outcomes is a necessary step to reduce maternal sepsis morbidity and mortality.关键词
