产细菌素乳酸菌LS-1的全基因组测序分析
Whole Genome Sequencing Analysis of Bacteriocin-Producing Lactic Acid Bacteria LS-1

Abstract
In previous research,a lactic acid bacterium Lacticaseibacillus saniviri(LS-1)capable of antagonizing Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from handmade cheese in Inner Mongolia.To explore the complete genome information of LS-1 and uncover potential bacteriocin-encoding gene clusters,this study conducted whole genome sequencing of LS-1,predicted coding genes,and annotated them using the non-redundant protein(Nr)and gene ontology(GO)databases.The BAGEL4 database was used to predict and analyze bacteriocin synthesis gene clusters.The results revealed that the genome size of LS-1 was 2 356 714 bp with a GC content of 47.87%.A total of 2 316 coding genes were predicted,with a total length of 2 058 534 bp and an average length of 888 bp.The secreted bacteriocin from LS-1 belongs to the Enterolysin A(EnlA)of Class Ⅲ bacteriocins,suggesting that EnlA might exert bactericidal activity by lysing the cell wall.This study comprehensively analyzed the LS-1 genome through whole-genome sequencing,elucidating the bacteriocin-encoding gene clusters at the genetic level,and further confirming the potential of LS-1-produced bacteriocin as a novel antimicrobial product.关键词
