西安地区猫传染性腹膜炎流行病学调查
Epidemiological Survey of Feline Infectious Peritonitis in Xi'an Area
摘要
Abstract
To understand the correlation between the incidence of feline infectious peritonitis(FIP)in the Xi'an region and the month of onset,age,breed,gender,clinical symptoms,and laboratory test results,this survey conducted a statistical analysis of 115 cases of FIP treated at the Northwest A&F University Veterinary Teaching Hospital from June 1,2018,to March 31,2022.The results showed that FIP incidence had no obvious seasonality and was unrelated to gender.The incidence was highest in British Shorthair cats,accounting for 27.43％of the total cases.Cats under 1.5 years old had the highest incidence,accounting for 81.98％of the total cases.Jaundice,anorexia,abdominal distension,and fever were the most common symptoms of this disease,and laboratory tests showed a characteristic decrease in the ratio of albumin to globulin and an increase in total bilirubin concentration.This survey can provide a reference for the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of FIP.关键词
