Abstract
In order to measure the computed tomography(CT)values of major abdominal parenchymal organs in dogs,this study selected 53 dogs with normal organ status from 456 CT cases.The region of interest(ROI)measurement method with a 95％confidence interval standard was applied,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software.The results showed that in the normal state of dogs,the CT values were as follows:liver(59.79±1.55)HU(P=0.887),pancreas(50.04±1.18)HU(P=0.529),spleen(60.04±1.14)HU(P=0.806),adrenal glands(27.02±1.00)HU(P=0.127),renal cortex(35.93± 1.37)HU(P=0.312),and renal medulla(30.27±1.00)HU(P=0.882).There was no significant difference in CT values of various organs among different breeds of dogs,indicating that the breed of dogs has no effect on the CT values of major abdominal parenchymal organs.The results suggest that CT values can be used as a quantitative tool to describe the major abdominal parenchymal organs in dogs,aiding in diagnostic accuracy.关键词
