Current Status and Consideration on Regulation of Controlled Veterinary Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs in China
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the veterinary industry in China has experienced rapid development.As commonly used medications in veterinary clinic,the market demand for veterinary narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs continues to grow.However,due to the unique pharmacological effects of these drugs,they are subject to strict control under policies and regulatory systems in China.To balance the urgent needs of domestic veterinary clinic and the regulation of these drugs,this article explores the current status of controlled veterinary narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in China,and analyzes the regulatory status in the United Nations,European and United States,highlights the differences,conducts surveys on the demands of domestic veterinary clinic,and proposes a development path suitable for China,characterized by simultaneous emphasis on research with regulatory measures,and integration of control with guidance,with the aim of promoting the enactment of the"Regulations for Veterinary Anesthetic and Psychotropic Drugs."关键词
