Identification of the Degree of Confounding in Sugar Beet Monogerm Sterile Lines Using Molecular Markers

Abstract
In beet single embryo male sterile line and keep in the process of harvest,due to artificial causes in the sterile line and keep the phenomenon of sterile line,and keep the purity of binary sterile line and hybrid hybrid degree will cause significant impact,so this study intends to use molecular marker technology from Xinjiang and Heilongjiang 24 sterile lines mixed with the identification,understand the purity of sterile lines in China.The test results show that in 22 of the sterile lines is 100%and can be used in beet breeding;in the other two,the purity identification and the coordination force should be determined after the fertility reaches the requirement.关键词
