甜菜BES1基因家族鉴定与生物信息学分析

Abstract
The BES1 gene family is a unique class of transcription factors that play a key role in the signaling pathway of oleuropein lactones(BRs).To identify and analyze BES1 genes in sugar beet(Beta vulgaris L.),their important regulatory roles in stress response and plant physiology were explored.In this study,a bioinfor-matics approach was used to identify and analyze the members of the sugar beet BES1 family on a genome-wide scale based on the whole genome data of sugar beet,and to study their phylogenetic relationships with Arabidop-sis thaliana,(Boletus vulgaris L.),rice,and soybean;and to analyze and predict the promoter cis-acting ele-ments,chromosomal localization,physicochemical properties of the related proteins,and conserved motifs of the respective genes.The results showed that there were seven BES1 genes distributed on chromosomes 1,4,5,6 and 8 of sugar beet;the gene structures varied widely within the family,and the cis-acting elements involved in hormone response,stress response and light response;the BES1 proteins of different species were found to be more closely related to each other,and the BES1 proteins varied widely among the species;The amino acid length of each protein was predicted to be in the range of 147.00-703.00aa,the relative molecular mass was 16.25-78.63kDa,and the isoelectric point was5.62-9.40;Wolf PSORT predicted that two proteins were lo-cated in the Cytoplasm,and five were located in the nucleus.This study provides an in-depth investigation of the structure and function of the sugar beet BES1 gene family,and lays a certain theoretical foundation for subse-quent research on the function of the sugar beet BES1 gene and its potential application in agricultural produc-tion.关键词
