东北特色坚果壳色素研究进展
Research Progress on Characteristic Nut Shell Pigments in Northeast China
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the nut industry has developed vigorously and has exceeded 100 billion scale.How-ever,behind the booming nut industry,there are many problems,in which a large number of discarded nut shells in the production process are discarded and buried,which not only causes huge waste,but also causes en-vironmental problems.Therefore,the comprehensive utilization of nut shell pigment is undoubtedly the solution.In this paper,the physicochemical properties and extraction and purification methods of various nutshell pigments in northeast China were summarized in order to provide guidance for the efficient utilization of nutshell.关键词
