摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of recombinant human interferon α2a supposit in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 121 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xizang Minzu University from July 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into routine group(60 cases)and combined group(61 cases)according to random number table method.The conventional group was treated with electrocauterization and the combined group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2a supposit.The general cervical condition,levels of inflammatory factors[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-4(IL-4)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the cervical symptom score and HPV viral load of the combined group were(3.34±0.36)and(6.74±1.45)×103/ml is less than that of the conventional group(3.51±0.43)points,(7.42±1.57)×103/ml,the secretion recovery time(13.56±2.34)d and wound healing time(6.94±1.28)d were shorter than those in the conventional group(14.74±2.63)d and(7.53±1.34)d respectively(P＜0.05);After 3 months of treatment,Hs-CRP(1.18±0.37)mg/L,IL-6(1.98±0.25)pg/L,TNF-α(34.72±3.18)μg/L and IL-4(2.47±0.29)μg/L in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(1.37±0.45)mg/L,(2.12±0.31)pg/L,(36.23±3.84)μg/L,(2.61±0.34)μg/L,respectively(P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group(8.20%)and the conventional group(5.00%)(P＞0.05).Conclusion Interferon adjuvant therapy can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and HPV viral load,so as to promote cervical recovery without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
