Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of endogenous reinfusion hemodialyfiltration on skin pruritus and cytokines in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Fifty-eight patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to Wuzhong People's Hospital of Suzhou City from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with endogenous re-infusion hemodialysis,while the control group was treated with ordinary dialysis.The pruritus,cytokines and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pruritus in observation group(13.80%)was significantly lower than that in control group(58.62%)(P＜0.05).The levels of stem cell factor and parathyroid hormone in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the hemoglobin level was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For maintenance hemodialysis patients,endogenous reinfusion hemodiafiltration can effectively reduce the incidence of pruritus,improve cytokine levels,and reduce inflammatory response.关键词
