头孢西丁钠联合芙蓉散治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对患者血液流变学与炎症因子的影响OA
Effect of Cefoxitin Sodium combined with Furong Powder on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and Its Influence on Hemorheology and Inflammatory Factors
目的 探讨头孢西丁钠联合芙蓉散治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对患者血液流变学与炎症因子的影响.方法 将辽宁省健康产业集团阜新矿总医院2020年2月至2022年12月收治的85例慢性盆腔炎患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=45)与对照组(n=40).对照组予以头孢西丁钠,观察组采用头孢西丁钠联合芙蓉散治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、血液流变学指标和炎症因子水平变化情况,不良反应.结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后两组行…查看全部>>
