Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with Tongluo Qutong Plaster in the treatment of heel spur.Methods A total of 88 patients with heel spur admitted to Baoshan Branch of Renji Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 44 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with acupotomy combined with Tongluo Qutong ointment,and the control group was treated with conventional symptomatic analgesia.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 95.45%,compared with 84.09%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Maryland foot function score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the Maryland foot function score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the Maryland foot function score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy combined with Tongluo Qutong ointment can effectively reduce pain and improve foot function in heel spur patients.关键词
