针刀联合通络祛痛膏贴敷治疗足跟骨刺的临床效果OA
Clinical Effect of Acupotomy combined with Tongluo Qutong Ointment on Heel Spur
目的 探讨针刀联合通络祛痛膏贴敷治疗足跟骨刺的临床效果.方法 选取2020 年1 月至2021 年12 月仁济医院宝山分院收治的 88 例足跟骨刺患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和试验组,每组 44 例.试验组采用针刀联合通络祛痛膏贴敷治疗,对照组给予常规止痛对症治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 试验组患者的治疗有效率为95.45%,与对照组的 84.09%比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗前,两组患者Maryland足功能评…查看全部>>
