摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Huayxian Decoction on chronic hepatitis B and its influence on liver function and liver fibrosis indexes.Methods Sixty patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to Fengcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Entecavir tablets,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Huayxian Decoction on the basis of control group.Liver function index,liver fibrosis index,TCM syndrome score,treatment effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in liver function index,liver fibrosis index and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The levels of laminin,hyaluronic acid,type Ⅲprocollagen,type Ⅳ collagen and transforming growth factor β1 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05);The scores of fatigue,hypochondriac pain,constipation,diarrhea and dark complexion in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of control group(73.33%)(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Huayan Decoction can effectively relieve related symptoms,improve liver function and liver fibrosis indexes in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients,with ideal drug safety and high clinical application value.关键词
