Real World Study of Skin Test Results of Eephalosporin in Emergency Department of A Class Ⅲ Hospital

Abstract
Objective To analyze the results and outcome indicators of emergency cephalosporin skin sensitivity test(hereinafter referred to as skin test)in a tertiary hospital,and to evaluate the factors affecting the results of cephalosporin skin test,so as to provide reliable information for rational use of antibiotics and decision-making by government administrative departments data reference.Methods Information of all patients using cephalosporins in the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University(skin test positive group)from January,2021 to December,2021 were extracted,including information such as drug specification,manufacturer and quantity of use.The patient's gender,age,ethnicity,population origin,diagnosis,allergy history,and post-allergic treatment information were also provided.At the same time,the corresponding information of patients with allergic reaction after negative skin test was extracted(negative skin test group).The baseline data of the two groups were compared,and Logistic regression was used to analyze the relevant factors affecting the follow-up management of antibiotic allergy in the positive and negative skin test groups.Results A total of 291 cases met the criteria for inclusion in the study.There was no significant difference in gender,ethnicity,age,population origin,diagnosis,allergy history,skin test time,and follow-up treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).Logistic regression results showed that gender,ethnicity,age,population origin,diagnosis,allergy history,and skin test time were not related factors affecting the follow-up treatment of antibiotic allergy in the positive and negative skin test groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The cephalosporin test cannot accurately predict the occurrence of allergic reactions in patients using the drug.关键词
