Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 246 hyperlipidemia patients admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 123 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets.The therapeutic effect,blood lipid index,serum cytokines and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 88.62%,lower than that of the control group(90.24%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Before treatment,there was NO significant difference in total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),nitric oxide(NO)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C and IL-6 were all decreased,and HDL-C and NO were increased,with statistical significance(P＜0.05),but there was no statistical significance between groups(P＞0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.57%,lower than that in the control group(11.38%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The use of atorvastatin calcium tablets for patients with hyperlipidemia also has excellent clinical effects,can effectively improve blood lipid levels,high关键词
