电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定炒僵蚕中重金属及有害元素残留量
Determination of Residue of Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements in Fried Bombyx Mori by ICP-MS

Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Cu,Pb,Cd,As and Hg residues in fried Bombyx mori by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods After microwave digestion,gemanium(72Ge),indium(115In),and bismuth(209Bi)were used as internal standard to determine the residues of Cu,Pb,Cd,As and Hg in fried Bombyx mori by ICP-MS.Results The residues of Cu,Pb,Cd,As,4 heavy metals and harmful elements Hg in fried Bombyx mori were all lower than the conventional limit by ICP-MS.The residual amount of Pb was 0.2~6.4 mg/kg,with an average value of 2.0 mg/kg,Among them,Pb residues of one batches of sample exceeded the conventional limit(5.0 mg/kg).The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of each element were 0.997 8~0.999 2,with precision RSD of 1.8%~2.8%,reproducibility RSD of 2.1%~4.6%,and stability RSD of 2.2%~4.4%,showing goog accuracy.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,reproducible,sensitive and stable.It is suitable for the determination of heavy metals and harmful elements in fried Bombyx mori.关键词
