Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of scleral tunnel incision and clear corneal incision in phacoemulsification(PHACO)for cataract and the effect on tear film function.Method:A total of 210 cataract patients with PHACO admitted to Wujin Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from April 2019 to April 2022 were included in this study,and were divided into control group(105 cases)and study group(105 cases)according to different intraoperative incisions.The control group underwent clear corneal incision during operation,and the study group underwent scleral tunnel incision during operation.The clinical efficacy,tear film function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:1 week and 4,12 weeks after surgery,the visual acuity levels in both groups were higher than those before surgery,and those of the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).1 week and 4,12 weeks after surgery,astigmatism levels in both groups were lower than those before surgery,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).1 week after surgery,the tear film break-up time(BUT)and tear secretion test(LST)results of two groups were lower than those before surgery,but the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 week after surgery,corneal fluorescein staining(FL)results in both groups were higher than those before surgery,but the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scleral tunnel incision in cataract PHACO surgery has a better effect,the improvement of patients'visual acuity and astigmatism level is significantly better than that of clear corneal incision,and the effect on patients'tear film function is less,and postoperative complications are less.关键词
