膝关节镜辅助下微创治疗低能量胫骨平台骨折的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Knee Arthroscopy Assisted Minimally Invasive in the Treatment of Low Energy Tibial Plateau Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of knee arthroscopy assisted minimally invasive in the treatment of low energy tibial plateau fracture.Method:A total of 70 patients with low energy tibial plateau fracture admitted to Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected,were randomly divided into a study group(35 cases)and a control group(35 cases).The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation under direct vision,and the study group was treated with knee arthroscopy assisted minimally invasive internal fixation surgery.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative drainage volume,the time of postoperative ambulation,full weight bearing time,recovery knee joint function and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operative time,the time of postoperative ambulation and full weight bearing time in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative drainage volume in the study group were all less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of knee joint function recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complication in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Knee arthroscopy assisted minimally invasive in the treatment of low energy tibial plateau fracture has relatively ideal therapeutic effect,improved the clinical indicators,reduced the incidence of complications and is more conducive to knee function recovery and early walking.关键词
