3D打印个体化截骨导板在胫骨高位开放截骨中的应用
Application of 3D Printing Personalized Osteotomy Guide Plate in Open High Tibial Osteotomy

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application of 3D printing personalized osteotomy guide plate in open high tibial osteotomy.Method:A total of 50 patients with medial compartment osteoarthritis of knee joint admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital were selected and divided into the 3D printing group(25 cases)and the conventional group(25 cases)according to the random number table method from June 2021 to June 2022.The 3D printing group was given 3D printing personalized osteotomy guide plate assisted the high tibial osteotomy to complete the operation,while the conventional group was given routine osteotomy method to complete the operation.The operation time,intraoperative fluoroscopy time,postoperative alignment deviation ratio,medial proximal tibial angle(MPTA),posterior tibial slope(PTS)and weight-bearing line(WBL)before and after operation were compared between the two groups,the visual analogue scale(VAS),the American hospital for special surgery knee function score(HSS)and American knee society score(KSS)were used to evaluate the pain and knee function before and after operation,and the complications within 3 months after operation were recorded.Result:The operation time and intraoperative fluoroscopy time of the 3D printing group were significantly shorter than those of the conventional group,the postoperative alignment deviation ratio in the 3D printing group was smaller than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with the preoperative,VAS scores were significantly decreased and MPTA was significantly increased in both groups at 1 month and 3 months after operation,and VAS scores in the 3D printing group were lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there were no statistically significant differences in MPTA between two groups 1 month and 3 months after operation(P>0.05).Compared with the preoperative,HSS scores and KSS scores in two groups at 1 month and 3 months after operation were significantly elevated(P<0.05),and HSS and KSS scores at 3 months after operation were higher than those at 1 month after operation.Compared with the preoperative,the WBL and PTS of the two groups were increased at 1 month and 3 months after operation,and the WBL of the 3D printing group were higher than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in PTS between the two groups before operation,1 month and 3 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3D printing personalized osteotomy guide plate in open high tibial osteotomy can significantly shorten operation time and intraoperative fluoroscopy time,improve the knee joint function and lower limb alignment,and does not increase the risk of postoperative complications.关键词
