Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of extended InterTan intramedullary nail combined with steel plate internal fixation on surgical related indicators and hip joint function in patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur with ruptured lateral wall.Method:Eighty patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur with ruptured lateral wall who received treatment in Xinjian District People's Hospital,Nanchang City from September 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation treatment.The observation group received extended InterTan intramedullary nail combined with steel plate internal fixation.The operation related indicators,hip joint function,biological effect[tip apex distance(TAD)value]and the incidence of complications in both groups were observed.Result:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was more than that in the control group,the operation time was longer than that in the control group,and the time after operation to begin weight-bearing and fracture healing time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).1 year after operation,the Harris hip joint function(range of motion,deformity,function,pain,total score)scores in the two groups were higher than those before operation,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TAD value of the two groups at 1 year after operation were significantly higher than those at 1 week and 3 months after operation,and the TAD value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of extended InferTan intramedullary nail combined with steel plate internal fixation for patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur with ruptured lateral wall is effective,safe and reliable,it can not only shorten the rehabilitation time and accelerate the rate of fracture healing,but also promote the functional recovery of hip joint function and maintain good biological effect.关键词
