Abstract
Objective:To use Bisoprolol combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate in the treatment of patients with myocardial ischemia,in order to explore a safe and effective treatment scheme for myocardial ischemia and improve the overall effect.Method:A total of 120 patients with myocardial ischemia who were diagnosed and treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from January 2019 to January 2021 were included in the study.A complete random grouping method was used to divide patients into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received general treatment after admission,on this basis,the control group was treated with Bisoprolol complicated with Nitroglycerin,and the observation group was treated with Bisoprolol complicated with Isosorbide Mononitrate,both groups were still treated at home after discharge.At 3 months of treatment,left ventricular function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular enddiastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular endsystolic diameter(LVESD)]and vascular endothelial function[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)]of the two groups were evaluated.The frequency of symptoms before treatment and 1 month after treatment was recorded in the two groups;the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed during the treatment.Result:At 3 months of treatment,the LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,LVEDD and LVESD were low than those in the control group,the serum NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the serum ET-1 level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).1 month after treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris attacks in the two groups were decreased compared with that before treatment,and the observation group was less than the control group,and the duration of angina pectoris attack was shorter than that before treatment,and the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bisoprolol combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate can improve left ventricular function,control the frequency of angina pectoris,and improve vascular endothelial function in patients with myocardial ischemia,with a certain safety.关键词
