桃红四物汤加减治疗阴虚夹瘀型糖尿病黄斑水肿的效果
Effect of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on Diabetic Macular Edema of Yin Deficiency Complicated by Stasis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on diabetic macular edema(DME)of Yin deficiency complicated by stasis.Method:A total of 70 DME patients admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the computer random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of control group.TCM syndrome integrations,efficacy,laboratory indexes and macula thickness were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in TCM syndrome integrations,macula thickness and laboratory indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome integrations,macula thickness,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group,nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding modified Taohong Siwu Decoction to treat DME of Yin deficiency complicated by stasis can effectively improve blood glucose and promote the regression of macular edema symptom,with good effect.关键词
