肌骨超声辅助体外冲击波疗法治疗陈旧性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤临床研究
Clinical Study of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Assisted Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy in the Treatment of Old Lateral Collateral Ligament Injury of Ankle Joint

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the method and effect of musculoskeletal ultrasound assisted extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)in the treatment of old lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint.Method:From March 2019 to March 2023,65 patients with old lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint(77 ankle joints)admitted to the orthopedics Outpatient Department of the 989th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force were selected,the patients were divided into the ET group with musculoskeletal ultrasound assisted ESWT(31 cases)and the TT group(46 cases)with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and ultra-short wave therapy according to the random number table method.Visual analog scale(VAS)scores,Kaikkonen ankle joint injury function scores,and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)scores of two groups were compared.Result:VAS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(T0)at each time point after treatment(P<0.05);15 days after treatment(T1),the VAS score in the TT group was lower than that in the ET group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment(T4),the VAS score in the ET group was lower than that in the TT group(P<0.05).The Kaikkonen ankle joint injury function scores at all time points after treatment in both groups were increased compared those T0(P<0.05);at T1,the Kaikkonen ankle joint injury function score in the TT group was significantly higher than that in the ET group(P<0.05);at T4,the Kaikkonen ankle joint injury function score in the ET group was higher than that in the TT group(P<0.05).At T4,the vitality(VT)of the ET group was better than that of the TT group,and the mental health(MH)of the TT group was better than that of the ET group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of old lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint,using musculoskeletal ultrasound guided ESWT can significantly alleviate local symptoms,improve the function of the ankle joint,and compared with the traditional treatment methods,has more advantages in the long-term efficacy.关键词
