Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of sex hormone therapy combined with Bisoprolol in the treatment of perimenopausal functional arrhythmia.Method:From January 2021 to October 2022,80 patients with perimenopausal functional arrhythmia in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into the sex hormone treatment group and the combination group according to the different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The sex hormone treatment group was treated with low-dose estrogen replacement therapy,and the combination group was treated with oral Bisoprolol on the basis of the sex hormone treatment group.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function index,heart rate variability(HRV),estradiol(E2)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the sex hormone treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in two groups were shorter than before treatment,and the above indexes of the combination group were shorter than those of the sex hormone treatment group,the heart rate(HR)in two groups were lower than before treatment,the combination group was lower than the sex hormone treatment group;the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the combination group was higher than the sex hormone treatment group;the percentage of R-R interval difference between adjacent sinus beats greater than 50 ms(PNN50),sinus beats standard deviation of average R-R interval(SDANN),sinus beats standard deviation of R-R interval(SDNN)and root mean square of adjacent sinus beats R-R interval difference(RMSSD)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the above indexes of the combination group were higher than those of the sex hormone treatment group;the FSH in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and that of the combination group was lower than that of the sex hormone treatment group;the E2 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the combination group was higher than the sex hormone treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of sex hormones and Bisoprolol in patients with perimenopausal functional arrhythmia is effective,which can effectively improve heart function,HRV and sex hormone levels.关键词
