基于FMEA分级管理模式在慢性牙周炎患者口腔种植修复中的应用
Application of Hierarchical Management Mode Based on FMEA in Oral Implant Repair of Patients with Chronic Periodontitis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application of hierarchical management mode based on failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in oral implant repair of patients with chronic periodontitis.Method:A total of 80 patients with chronic periodontitis were included in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Jiujiang University from April 2020 to April 2022,the patients were divided into a study group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The study group was intervened by hierarchical management mode based on FMEA,while the control group was intervened by traditional management mode,both groups were intervened for 6 months.The plaque index,bleeding index,depth of exploration and the incidence of peri-implant mucositis,scores of the oral health assessment tool(OHAT),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention and 1 month after intervention,there were no statistical significant differences in plaque index,bleeding index,and depth of exploration between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 month of intervention,the depth of exploration,bleeding index,and plaque index of the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05);after 6 months of intervention,the depth of exploration,bleeding index,and plaque index of both groups were lower than those of the control group after 1 month of intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of peri-implant mucositis in the study group was lower(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the OHAT scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the hierarchical management model of FMEA,the periodontal function,negative emotion and oral health of patients with chronic periodontitis can be improved,and the incidence of peri-implant mucositis can be reduced.关键词
